Free tools for freight agents: your commission, your unpaid invoices, your carrier checks

Stays in this browser. Nothing leaves it unless you ask AI to read a document.

What your statement should say

Pick the pay period, check your loads, then compare with what landed. Dibs shows the gap, the loads missing from your statement, and the questions to send accounting.

Example numbers. Replace with yours.
Pay period
Your termsEdit

From your agent agreement or commission plan. You set these once. Leave a field at 0 if it doesn't apply.

Read my agreement

Drop your agent agreement or commission plan (PDF, photo or pasted text). AI finds the terms and quotes the line each one comes from. You check them before anything changes.

    You should get

    $0

    Compare with your statement

    Which loads are on it?

Paste the statement or open its PDF. Dibs looks for each load number of this period. It is read right here, nothing is sent.

    Questions for accounting

Built from the numbers above. Edit before you send.

      Loads in this period

Billed = everything the customer pays. Fee = quick pay or factoring fee charged to you on that load. Customer paid = the date the money came in; leave it empty while it's open.

      Load #CustomerDeliveredBilled $Carrier $Fee $Customer paidGP

Your cut, your customers, your carriers

Your brokerage's TMS is built for the brokerage. Dibs is built for you: the agent or rep who wants to know the check is right, which customers are late, and whether the carrier in your inbox is real. It is free, there is no login, and what you enter stays in your browser.

      Three tools

Upload the paperwork instead of typing

Rate cons, customer tenders, invoices, PODs, remittances, quick pay notices and your agent agreement can be uploaded as a PDF or photo, or pasted as text. AI reads each one once and shows what it found next to the load it belongs to. Nothing is saved until you tick it, and the document itself is not stored.

      Questions

      Is Dibs free?

Yes. No sign-up, no trial, no card.

      Where is my data stored?

Only in this browser on this computer. Clearing your browser's site data erases it. Your brokerage cannot see it, and neither can we.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes, but the data on your phone and on your computer are separate, because each browser keeps its own copy.

      Who makes Dibs?

Retexa, a small team building software for US freight brokers. One of us ran a freight brokerage for four years. Dibs is a separate free tool, and you can tell us what to build next with the feedback form on this page.

Is Dibs for 1099 agents or W-2 reps?

Both. Commission checks matter most to independent agents; invoice follow-up and carrier checks help anyone who books freight.
