Before

What wasn't working

Subscribers landed abroad, saw the standard roaming rate and switched data off, or came home to a bill they disputed. The packages existed, nobody offered them at the right moment.

What the agent does

  1. When a phone registers on a foreign network, the agent gets the event and the subscriber's plan.
  2. It sends one message with the package for that country, priced for that subscriber.
  3. The subscriber replies to activate. The agent turns the package on through billing and confirms.
  4. Questions it can't answer go to the contact center with the conversation attached.
