A normal day on the desk

The same four questions, all day.

Who can cover it?

Thirty calls, a dozen voicemails, a pile of texts. Half the answers are "call me".

Is this carrier legit?

Two-month-old MC, a Gmail address, a phone not on the FMCSA record. Miss one check and it's double brokered.

Where's the truck?

The shipper calls you. You call the driver. No answer. You call dispatch.

Where's the POD?

Delivered Tuesday. POD shows up Friday, after three texts. The carrier already wants QuickPay.

The agent takes these off your desk. Your reps cover more loads with the same team and work the shippers and the loads that need them.

Live demo

Take a broker's seat for one morning in 2027.

Loads, carriers, cash and claims, with an AI team on the desk. A live simulation: nothing real is sent.

All loads at once

One question. Every truck.

A coordinator sits above all your loads. Ask it what you'd ask your team at 7 a.m.

Where are all my trucks right now?

  • 4127Dallas → Atlanta · arrives 09:40appt moved to 10:00
  • 4125Houston → Memphisunloading
  • 4122Laredo → Chicago · deliveredno POD yet
  • 4119Fort Worth → Denveron time
  • 4118Dallas → Phoenixon time

Two need you. 4127 is running late, and the shipper already knows. 4122 has no POD yet and the carrier wants QuickPay. Shall I chase the POD?

Yes, chase it

AI & Human

The agent does the chasing. Your reps make the calls that matter.

It never gets tired of follow-ups. Your people still run the desk.

Your limits

You set the max rate, the carriers and what needs your OK. The agent sticks to it.

Money needs your OK

Bookings, extra charges and payments come to you as one short question.

Every call is on the record

Every call, text and quote is saved on the load, with a recording or transcript.

It says what it is

It tells people it's AI working for your brokerage. Ask for a person and your rep takes over.

Your carriers stay yours

Only carriers you give it or approve. Your list, lanes and rates are never shown to anyone else.

It knows when to call you

An unhappy shipper, a claim, a carrier that doesn't check out: it brings you in. It doesn't guess.

Channels and languages

Phone, text or WhatsApp. Whatever your carriers pick up.

Most carriers pick up the phone. Many text. A lot of owner-operators live on WhatsApp, in their own language. You read it all in English.

Phone call
1:48

"Make it 1,750 and it's yours."

Makes and takes calls. Recording and transcript saved.

Setup

We set it up with you. No IT project.

  1. We talk

One call with you and your reps. We see how your desk runs today.

  2. We take your lists

Carriers, lanes, rate history, onboarding rules, do-not-use list. A CSV is enough.

  3. First loads, side by side

Real loads, next to your reps. You watch every step and correct it.

  4. You decide how far to go

More lanes, more loads. Then tracking, documents and payments when you're ready.

Carriers keep using phone, text and WhatsApp. Nothing to install.

Your reps write in plain words. No training course.

Works next to your TMS. Connects to it when you need it.

Pricing

No subscription. You pay for loads in work.

A load is billed when the agent takes it into work. No licenses, no seats, no per-minute fees.

Price per load depends on volume and which steps you hand over. Send your lanes and we'll work it out.

Questions

What brokers ask us most

Do my carriers need to install anything?

No. They keep taking calls, texts and WhatsApp, same as today.

Does the agent tell people it's AI?

Yes. It says it's AI working for your brokerage, and hands over to your rep when asked.

How does it protect us from fraud and double brokering?

Every carrier, before booking: authority and insurance on FMCSA, contact details against the record, your do-not-use list. Anything off comes to you before the tender.

Are you a broker?

No. Retexa is software. You stay broker of record. The agent works under your name and your authority.

How do we start?

Send us last week's load. We show you how the agent would have run it, then set it up on your lanes.
