The console

One thread per load. One screen for the whole desk.

Each load has its own thread: what the AI agent did, every carrier call and text, what's waiting on you. On top sits the coordinator, for all your loads at once.

Gurpreet · 10:57

Brother, the truck is free tomorrow morning, 1,700 final.

Agent · 10:58

Theek hai, main hune confirm karda haan.

OK, I'll confirm shortly.

You can write here yourself. The agent pauses while you're in the chat.

Example screen. Load, carrier and rep names are illustrative.

Inside a load thread

Everything about one load, in the order it happened.

Open 4127 for the first time and get it in thirty seconds: where it stands, who said what, what's waiting on you.

The agent's log

What it's doing right now sits on top. Earlier steps fold into one line. Every step has a time and a source.

Carrier chats, every channel

One chat per carrier. Calls with recording and transcript, texts, WhatsApp, voice notes. English under anything that isn't.

Questions waiting for you

Bookings, rates over target, extra charges, payments. Each one says what the agent suggests and why. One tap to answer.

Documents

Tender, rate con, carrier check, BOL, POD, receipts, invoices. All on the load they belong to.

Talk to it like a colleague

Type what you'd tell a new rep.

No forms, no settings screens. Write in the load thread like you'd talk across the desk. The agent does it, or asks if it's not sure.

  • Change one load: skip a carrier, go higher for one truck
  • Ask for something: "call the dock and ask if they can load at 6"
  • Jump into any carrier chat. The agent pauses and picks up after you
Sarah

skip TNT on this one, they were late twice last month

Agent 4127

OK. TNT is off this load. Tony was waiting for a follow-up at 11:30, I've cancelled it.

Sarah

if Gurpreet pushes back go to 1750, not more

Agent 4127

Got it: up to $1,750 for Singh Bros only. Your max for everyone else stays $1,850.

Sarah

and ask Lancaster if they can load at 6

Agent 4127

Calling the Lancaster DC shipping office now. I'll write here when they answer.

Filters

Start the day with the loads that need a person.

Fourteen loads in work. Four filters show you which ones to look at.

Needs me

A booking to approve, a rate over target, an extra charge, a carrier asking for a person.

At risk

No truck close to pickup, a driver not answering, a breakdown, a closed road, an appointment that won't work.

In transit

Loaded and rolling. Last position, ETA against the appointment, next check call.

Waiting for POD

Delivered, not closed. POD missing, a retake requested, an invoice that doesn't match.

The coordinator

Ask about all your loads at once.

Pinned at the top. It reads every load in work and answers what you'd ask around the room.

  • "What's still uncovered for tomorrow?"
  • "Which trucks are delivering in Georgia today?"
  • "Who fell off a load this month?"
  • "What did we pay on Dallas to Atlanta last week?"

Not on personal phones

Your reps work in Retexa, not in their personal WhatsApp.

On a lot of desks, carrier chats live on reps' own phones. Here the whole team sees them.

The record stays with you

A rep leaves. Their carrier chats stay on the load, in your account.

Anyone can pick it up

A rep is out sick or a load runs past the shift. The next person opens the thread and sees everything.

Carriers reach the brokerage

Carriers message your brokerage, not a rep's cell. Nobody hands out a personal number to cover a load.

Disputes have proof

The carrier says the rate was $1,850. The call recording and the signed rate con are on the load.

See your own loads in the console.

Send us a few loads from last week. We set them up so your reps see what their day would look like.
