Start with a spreadsheet. Connect the rest when you're ready.

The AI agent runs your first loads from a CSV of carriers and lanes, plus the tender emails you already get. It works next to your TMS.

We connect your tools when you decide it's worth it.

Day one

Your lists and your inbox are enough to start.

No IT project. Two things get the first loads running.

Your lists, as CSV

The export you already have.

A TMS export or the spreadsheet your team keeps is enough. We map the columns with you. Lists change, you send a fresh file.

  • Carriers: MC, contacts, channel, language, equipment, lanes
  • Lane history: loads, rates paid, who hauled
  • Onboarding rules and do-not-use list
  • Shippers and facilities: appointment contacts, dock hours, free time

Illustrative. Any export from your TMS or spreadsheet works. We map the columns with you.

Tenders by email

Forward the tender. The agent builds the load.

Forward the shipper's tender to your load address, or cc it. The agent builds the load card and asks your rep only for what's missing, like the max.

  • Email, PDF or spreadsheet tenders
  • A typed note works too: "van, Dallas to Atlanta, tomorrow 7–11, 42k"

What we connect

Connect what saves your team typing. Skip the rest.

All optional. Tell us what you use, and we'll tell you how we'd connect it.

Your TMS

Loads come in from your TMS. Carrier, rate, status and documents go back, so nobody types twice. Until then, the agent works next to it.

Load boards

Posts from your account and works the calls that come back. New carriers go to your rep for onboarding.

Tracking and ELD apps

A carrier shares a tracking or ELD link, the agent reads the position from it. Fewer check calls.

Carrier onboarding and monitoring

Use a tool for onboarding packets or carrier alerts? Its status and alerts go into the carrier check.

Accounting and factoring

POD packets and approved invoices go where your billing already happens.

Email

Tenders, rate cons, PODs and invoices by email from day one. Replies go out from your brokerage's address.

How we connect

Four ways in. We use whatever your tools support.

MethodGood forWhat you do
CSVCarrier lists, lane history, onboarding rules, do-not-use list. Fastest way to startExport once. Send a fresh file when lists change
EmailTenders, rate cons, PODs, carrier invoicesForward or cc to the address we give you

EDIShippers who tender by EDI: 204 tenders in, 990 accept or decline, 214 status updates and 210 invoices backPoint us to your EDI setup or provider. We work it out with them

Nothing in your TMS changes for the first loads.

Every connection runs as your brokerage, on access you can turn off.

Your carriers, rates and shippers are never shown to other companies.

What we need from you

A short list, most of it already on your desk.

We go through it on the first call. None of it needs a developer.

How we handle your data

To start

  • A CSV of carriers and lanes, plus rate history if you have it
  • Onboarding rules and do-not-use list
  • Rate con template and terms: detention, lumper, TONU, layover
  • Who approves what, and who gets after-hours questions
  • A few loads from last week to run side by side

Later, when you're ready

  • Access to your TMS and load board accounts
  • Tracking, onboarding and accounting tools, if you want them

Send us an export and a tender.

Your carrier list and one tender email. We'll show you the agent working that load with your carriers.
