Pricing
No subscription. You pay for loads in work.
Each load gets its own AI agent. You pay only for the loads it works.
What "in work" means
A load counts when the agent starts on it.
You pick the loads. A load is in work from the agent's first carrier call, check call or POD request.
| Situation | Billed? | Why |
|---|---|---|
| The agent covers, tracks and closes load 4127 | Yes, once | One load, first call to payment. |
| Your rep covers it, the agent does check calls and POD | Yes, once | The agent worked your steps. |
| Your rep runs it alone | No | The agent never touched it. |
| The agent asks a question, or your rep jumps in | No extra charge | Part of the same load. |
| A truck falls off and the agent finds a backup | No extra charge | Still the same load. |
What's included
One price per load. Everything on that load.
Calls, texts, WhatsApp and the coordinator are in the price.
No seats. Add every rep and manager.
No per-minute or per-message fees.
Setup with you. First loads side by side.
What one load includes

How the price is set
Two things set your price per load.
No price list. Check calls on a few loads a week is a different job from whole loads every day.
Your volume
Loads a month you hand to the agent.
The steps you hand over
Covering, carrier check, check calls, POD and billing. Add steps later, the price follows.

Questions
Pricing questions
What if a load cancels?
Before the agent starts: nothing to bill. Once it starts calling carriers, the load counts, even if the shipper cancels.
What if the agent can't cover a load?
It hands it back with who quoted what and who may call back. The load counts: the calls were made.
Can we start with one step only?
Yes. Check calls and PODs, or covering on a few lanes.
Do we pay for loads our reps cover?
No. Only loads the agent takes into work.
Do we pay per user or per seat?
No. Your whole team uses the console.
How long is the contract?
No long contract. Stop any time.
How are we billed?
One invoice per period with the list of loads. Check it against your TMS.

Lanes, loads a month, steps you'd hand over first. That's all.
